Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases, and want you to enjoy your items and continue shopping with us. If something isn't right we will send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Please include a self-addressed postage paid bag for any exchanges.
All items requiring an exchange or refund must be accompanied by an original invoice.

You must return a faulty product within 14 days of receipt of the faulty product.

Clearance Outlet Items are not eligible for Exchange or Refund.

Returns - By Post

Within 14 days for full-priced items.
Within 7 days for SALE items. 


Return period starts from when you receive your delivery as per your Australia Post tracking.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached.

Please return the merchandise by mail and allow two (2) weeks from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all return items.

If the value of your purchases exceeds the threshold entitling you to free postage and handling, but, you later return goods included in that order which then brings your order value under that threshold then you will be charged postage.
